个人简介

周忠,博士,教授,博士生导师。长期从事电磁兼容及电磁环境效应领域的人才培养和科研工作,主要研究方向电磁兼容设计、电磁兼容及电磁环境效应试验评估技术、电磁防护材料及器件性能测试技术等。担任IEEE EMC学会会员、江苏省电机工程学会电磁兼容专业委员会副主任委员、全国无线电干扰标准化技术委员会A分会委员、全国电磁兼容标准化技术委员会B分会委员、全国电磁屏蔽材料标准化技术委员会委员。主持承担国家自然科学基金等国家级科研项目10余项,突破了屏蔽材料、屏蔽壳体和屏蔽电缆电磁屏蔽性能测试等关键技术。制修订国家级电磁兼容性标准20余项,作为第1起草人和技术负责人制修订GB/T 39278-20200.1m2m屏蔽壳体屏蔽效能的测量方法》、GB/T 17626.20-2014《电磁兼容试验和测量技术 横电磁波(TEM)波导中发射和抗扰度试验》等标准6项。自主研制成功TEM室、GTEM室、线注入法和三同轴法等线缆电磁屏蔽性能测试装置,近年来获发明专利6项。近年在《IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON ELECTROMAGNETICCOMPATIBILITY》、《IEEE MICROWAVE AND WIRELESS COMPONENTSLETTERS》等电磁兼容行业权威期刊发表学术论文10余篇,研究成果获省部级科技进步二等奖4项。为电子信息、航空航天、计量测试等领域培养了电磁兼容专业人才,毕业生进入中电14所、航空615所、中船724所、华为、中兴、国电南瑞、宁德时代、上海医疗器械检验研究院等国家重点领域和行业的重要单位。

Personal Introduction
