关于公布机械工程学院2024年夏令营面试内容的通知

各位同学：

我院2024年夏令营活动即将开始，请入选营员按如下内容和提示准备面试材料。

一、面试内容

二、“外文文献阅读与分析”环节注意事项

1、在外文文献阅读与分析环节，请在面试前自行查找文献，文献应源自拟报考研究团队、课题组或老师在近一年内所发表的外文期刊论文。

2、学生应自己查阅文献，并做幻灯片讲稿（注明文献题名、作者，出版期刊及其年卷期）用外语讲述出来，并请严格控制时长、不得超时。

3、幻灯片讲稿文件应是PPT、PPTX或PDF等Windows操作系统下可运行的格式，同学们可自拟提纲讲述，也可参考如下提纲讲述。

三、“外文文献阅读与分析”可参考的提纲

Slide 1: Introduction

·        Title of thePresentation

·        Presenter’sName

·        Date

·        Brief overviewof the topic and purpose of the presentation

Slide 2: Literature Review Scope

·        Define thescope of the literature review

·        Mention the keyareas or themes covered

·        Highlight theimportance of the topic

Slide 3: Methodology

·        Sources ofinformation (journals, books, etc.)

·        Criteria forselecting sources (dates, relevance, impact)

·        Briefdescription of the analytical approach used

Slide 4: Key Findings

·        Summarize majorfindings from the literature

·        Use bulletpoints to highlight important studies

·        Includerelevant statistics or quotes if applicable

Slide 5: Analysis & Insights

·        Discusspatterns, trends, and discrepancies in the literature

·        Highlightsignificant insights or gaps in the research

·        Provide yourinterpretation of the findings

Slide 6: Conclusion

·        Recap the mainpoints of the presentation

·        Summarize theimplications of the findings

Tips for the Presentation:

·        Keep slidesuncluttered and visually appealing.

·        Use clear,concise language.

·        Practice timingto ensure you cover all points within 5 minutes.

·        Be prepared toexpand on points during the Q&A session.
